MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring punctuality, professional conduct, and strict adherence to the hotel’s financial SOPs.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing clear insights to the General Manager and Owners.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS).
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits to ensure the integrity of financial records and operational procedures.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and credit policies to ensure the hotel meets its financial obligations efficiently.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, collaborating with Department Heads to manage departmental expenses.
  • Monitor and control hotel inventories (F&B, Spa, Rooms) and conduct regular spot checks to minimize loss and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and that all tax and social insurance contributions are handled correctly.
  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the accounting software (ERP/PMS) and all financial documentation.
  • Conduct staff training on financial procedures, cost-control measures, and professional development for the accounting team.
  • Advise the management team on financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and investment decisions to support the hotel’s long-term success.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a Chief Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller role, preferably within the hospitality industry (4 or 5-star hotel background).

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), local tax regulations (VAT, PIT, CIT), and statutory financial reporting requirements.

Language: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to handle international reporting and communication.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team while maintaining high professional standards.
