Nhân viên phục vụ/ Waiter/ Waitress Amérys Phú Quốc Hotel

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain daily specials and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct items and appropriate presentation.
• Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations.
• Prepare non‑alcoholic beverages and assist bartenders when needed; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Handle billing and cash/card payments following company procedures; assist with POS operation.
• Assist with side work duties (polishing cutlery, restocking condiments, folding napkins, setting up mise en place).
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and resolve routine complaints; escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Support team during busy periods, assist in table turns and manage guest flow.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and sanitation standards; ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Report maintenance issues, stock shortages or guest incidents to supervisors.
• Attend briefings, training and meetings; participate in upselling and promotional activities.

Social Security: Full coverage of Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with the Vietnam Labor Code.

Annual Leave: 12 days of paid annual leave per year (plus additional days based on seniority).

Public Holidays: 11 paid public holidays per year as per government regulations. Overtime pay applies if working during holidays.

Salary & Service Charge: Competitive base salary plus monthly Service Charge (once operational).

• Previous experience as waiter/waitress or in a customer‑facing role preferred but not required for entry‑level positions.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English for tourist/service environments preferred.
• Polite, professional presentation and strong guest‑service attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk and carry trays for extended periods; able to lift up to ~10–15 kg safely.
• Basic numeracy for handling bills and cash; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality certificate or training is a plus but not mandatory.
