Bellman and Buggy Driver Amérys Phú Quốc Hotel

• Greet arriving and departing guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage, baggage storage, delivery to rooms and proper tagging.
• Escort guests to guest rooms, explain room features and offer assistance with in-room requests.
• Transport luggage and small items between hotel areas (housekeeping, back‑of‑house).
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation (bell desk area, luggage trolleys).
• Assist with valet, porterage and occasional front‑desk overflow tasks as directed.
• Monitor and report lost-and-found items; handle guest property with care and confidentiality.
• Assist with airport/transportation meet-and-greet and fast-track services when required.
• Coordinate with Security on guest movements and unusual incidents.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment (luggage trolleys) correctly.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Social Security: Full coverage of Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with the Vietnam Labor Code.

Annual Leave: 12 days of paid annual leave per year (plus additional days based on seniority).

Public Holidays: 11 paid public holidays per year as per government regulations. Overtime pay applies if working during holidays.

Salary & Service Charge: Competitive base salary plus monthly Service Charge (once operational).

13th Month Salary: Annual bonus based on hotel performance and company policy.

Minimum 1-3  year experience in a hotel or guest service role preferred.

Good command of English (conversational) — Vietnamese fluently.

Professional appearance and strong guest-service attitude.

Physically fit; able to lift/move luggage safely (up to hotel’s weight guidelines).

Basic knowledge of hotel layout and guest service standards.

High school diploma or equivalent.
