Role Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness, aesthetic maintenance, and hygiene of the entire hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. You will lead the housekeeping team to ensure that brand standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized through impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to maintain 5-star standards.
Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping team, including scheduling and performance reviews.
Inventory Management: Control stock levels for linens, uniforms, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities.
Cost Control: Manage the departmental budget, monitoring labor costs and operational expenses.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with the Engineering department for preventive maintenance and repairs.
Guest Satisfaction: Resolve guest requests and complaints regarding room conditions promptly.
