Role Summary:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, efficiency, and professional hospitality are consistently met from arrival to departure. You will directly oversee the Front Desk Agents, Bell Staff, and Concierge, providing hands-on leadership to ensure the lobby and reception operations reflect the hotel’s 4-star brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Front Office operations, ensuring team punctuality, proper grooming, and professional uniform standards.
- Assign daily tasks, coordinate room assignments for VIPs, and manage room blocking to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct daily inspections of the lobby, front desk area, and luggage room to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, credit policies, guest privacy (GDPR), and check-in/check-out protocols.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution and personalized service.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to monitor room status and Engineering to ensure maintenance issues in guest rooms are resolved before check-in.
- Manage Front Office supplies, key card inventory, and ensure the functionality of the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, assisting the team in maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
