- Supervise and manage all Front Office activities during the night shift (typically 22:00–07:00 or as per hotel schedule).
- Oversee night audit, verify and approve all night audit reports, postings, and revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of arrivals, departures, late check-ins, early check-outs and wake-up calls.
- Handle guest complaints, emergencies and incidents during night hours; escalate to Duty Manager/General Manager as required.
- Maintain hotel security and safety protocols during the night, liaise with Security and Engineering teams on incidents or maintenance issues.
- Monitor room inventory and collaborate with Reservations and Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and yield.
- Perform end-of-day financial tasks: cash counts, authorizations, billing adjustments, and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
- Prepare and submit nightly operational reports and handover notes to the morning shift.
- Conduct night shift briefings, train and coach Night Auditors and Night Receptionists; enforce standards and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local laws, data protection and company policies.
- Assist with concierge and guest services when required (transportation, late requests, VIP arrivals).
- Participate in departmental meetings and assist with projects or audits as assigned.
