MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
  • Welcome and register arriving guests; perform accurate check‑in/check‑out procedures and room assignments.
  • Handle reservations, amendments and cancellations via PMS (e.g., Opera) and coordinate with Reservations and Housekeeping.
  • Process payments, authorisations and folio settlements; follow cash and credit card handling procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries and complaints; escalate to Duty Manager when necessary.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally, transfer calls and take messages.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, facilities and local area information.
  • Issue keys/cards, maintain key control and ensure security procedures at front desk.
  • Prepare and handover shift reports and night audit information as required.
  • Coordinate guest services with Concierge, Bellman, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain reception area appearance and ensure information materials are current.
  • Follow hotel SOPs, data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Occasionally assist with wake-up calls, mail handling and guest messaging.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hotel front desk, guest service or reservations (preferred for 4–5 star hotels).
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, FCS or similar.
  • Good command of English (speaking and writing); additional languages an advantage.
  • Strong numerical skills and basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Professional appearance, friendly manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is a plus.
